I am THAT DAMN DIOR because I have done it over and over again. Conquering the corporate world as often time the only black woman in the room. Now, I am ready to share my journey, learnings, and insights from Corporate America, all while being a wife and a mother.

Women are more than qualified, and we’re ready. So why are we still not in the room? I will help guide all women, especially women of color, to navigate leadership paths with clarity, power, and purpose.
By combining actionable strategy with mindset coaching, I help them navigate bias, own their voice, and lead with intention. Whether through workshops, keynotes, or one-on-one consulting, my mission is to empower them not just to rise, but to rise on their own terms.
