Connection + Community = Cultural Currency

It all begins with a vision. Success is rooted in passion, culture, and family.

True Impact.

If you ask Dior George what motivates her, she emphasizes that it’s not merely marketing. For her, engaging with culture and forging meaningful human bonds. For over 15 years, Dior has been fashioning some of the most memorable marketing events, or what her industry calls “campaigns,” for a who’s who of American brands—Nike, McDonald’s, State Farm, Wells Fargo (and one could certainly throw a few more into the mix). Her work for these luminaries has mixed innovation and soul in roughly equal measures. She’s gotten them to do something far more than they have been able to do in the past.

She’s engineered most of these brands to speak not just to the communities they have successfully persuaded to buy their products and services, but also to a much wider range of communities, many of whom have not been convinced, until now, to consider these brands as a viable option (or, for that matter, even as an option at all). Dior George's work has had a significant influence. As a Black woman from New York, she's assisted brands in broadening their impact. Yet, in doing so, she's ensured that these brands remain closely tied to their communities. Her expertise has allowed many companies to narrate their stories genuinely within various spaces and to do so in a way that leaves an impression of importance and permanence. Dior's command of this art is such that she's been invited to advocate for two American institutions: Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the lively communities they elevate.

Throughout her journey, Dior is passionately dedicated to elevating others alongside her. She is committed to ensuring that the next wave of innovators, leaders, and culture-shapers have the tools they need to succeed. Whether in her professional life, philanthropic endeavors, or home, she is a trailblazer and inspiration. Leading national consumer campaigns, media partnerships and experiential engagements that drive cultural relevance, she is excited to bring creative innovation into white spaces that are culturally relevant but disruptive in a meaningful way. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida A&M University (Rattler Proud) and a Master of Business in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College (Go Knights).

Today, Dior spends her days creating memories with her husband and two children, Zoie and Zaiden. Whether it’s traveling the world, embarking on new adventures with friends, or championing cultural initiatives, Dior is constantly finding new ways to bring innovation and authenticity to every project she touches.

That Damn Dior, She did it again.
